The only reason for not giving five stars was that the first day Brian was unable to be here. He did call and explain, but his men were not as good at communicating with us. They grew very impatient when we were trying to pick a stain from samples after the floor was sanded. But the price was reasonable, the floor looks great and they even came back after we paid them to redo a small blemish."
